Day 24: Crosses
Verses: John 19:28-30
Back Then: Before Jesus ever came to earth, the plan always had the cross. Earth was not a vacation or a side road for Jesus. He was born in Bethlehem so that He could die in Jerusalem.
Today: Think about everything Jesus had to go through to save people from their sins. He lived around 33 years on earth. This Christmas, remember why Jesus came to earth. Have you confused what makes the season important? The world could always create a big celebratory holiday. It can never recreate what Jesus did on the cross.
